I have played with the camera many times.Moved it here, there, everywhere.Haven't seen a bit of difference.Anyone know what the importance of this is?

You need to "switch" to your camera. Click that directors chair icon to switch to your camera view. AS

Maybe what i mean is the perspective camera. I thought this would do something for the DOF

Well it's sort of like a real camera. You set your Olympus on the counter, or put it in your car, or tie it to your dog's head (not recommended)... move it to anywhere and you're not changing any settings. DOF is a setting and doesn't change by just moving the camera around. You will get a different view when you move it around but I'm guessin you already know that. Pressing the "1" key changes to the perspective view.

I found out about the 1 key by accident.Thought it was cool what happened. The dog's head...hmmmm.They get into some pretty funny places.Never know LOL.

Set up your scene, move the camera to different places, change the FOV #'s and hit the directors chair button to get to the Cam. (Kinda like the cats tail) ;)

The Camera is also used for animation purposes, as you cannot animate the Director camera. You can attach the camera to a plane, or use the cam itself for flyarounds and fly-ins and fly-bys, or you could use it to walk. We dragons never think of walking, of course...

Bryster and ICM, my buddy has a really BIG kitty(a pet cougar). I would like to see you guys try to tie a camera to its' tail, lol! If you do, can I videotape it? I would be sure to give a copy to your next of kin, lol.
