How does one make all those beautiful sheer, lace textures? I've been seeing them on some of the Daz dresses and they look great! I know it has something to do with transmaps, but are there "gray" areas for the sheerness? Thanks!

Yup, just make a trans map like geep said. (: If you have PhotoShop there is some really nice "lace" brushes here: Not Free, but very nice. (:
