Subject: The Door Factory

I purchased The Door Factory today and when I went to download it, I was informed that I had exceeded my download limit on the first attempt. Please look into this and either fix the problem or give me credit for something else. I will say that the downloading to the download page after purchase seemed a bit "glitched." It initially downloaded only two of the around 20 purchases that I made. When I returned to the purchase page and pressed the confirmation link, it loaded very slowly compared to other times.
