Hello, I just uploaded at my "Clip" page (the link), two new short animated shots made with Vue 4 Pro... they are called **'UnderSea'** and **'MantaShips'**. For 'MantaShips' I used the "Spaceship Manta MK I" created by Alexander Kroener. I have to say a big thank you to Alexander for his awesome model. :-))) Well, I hope you'll like these two clips.

WOW! I like them both, but my preference goes to the undersea. It looks so true, like a real underwater movie:-). The shark looks so natural. Great!!! Guitta

Very nice, Philippe! Siigh, I have -got- to get my system back to where it was; I'm starting to have Vue withdrawal!

Very nice, Philippe I'm a newbee on that forum, coming back to vue after some years of dust on it, and I'm very impressed by your work. I have to say that I spend quiet a long time on your site, looking at all the pictures, movies and so on. I think I will spend all my free time trying to do something. But I have a question, where do you found "noise effects" that you use? Is it some work of your own, or free stuff available somewhere? Oh, another thing, Gebe, I didn't realised that you where the former leading character of the "regrt vue d'esprit forum on e-on site. I discover it looking at your site. My preference is always going to the your "japanese" interior, there are awesome. Olivier

Thank you very much every body for the comments. :-)

About sounds effects. Most of the most recent clips were 'sound-designed' with SmartSound's SonicFire Pro, and assembled with After Effects. The last 2 clips, like the oldest, used free waves (from web site collections) modified, aranged, and then assembled in Nero Wave Editor and After Effects.
For exemple, if you have a specific idea of noise, you can start a search with www.findsounds.com
Hope that's help.

PS about sounds... That capture shows the After Effects mixage. In fact, waves in a muddle! ;-)

Quiet a lot of work....with keys on every sound line. Impressive

For the story, it is not like compose music. That's more easy. It is more like cooking without manuel. That's very fun. I always have ideas before start and in fact when I put a sound and then some others, every time there is something not too bad which make I change my first ideas. I love...put sounds :-)

The pb with AA is that you need a lot of RAM for the previe. To be able to adjust your work and don't spend the all night in rendering, wich kind of hard do you have?

My main hardware for cgi works : PIV, 3ghz, 1g ram, XP home f. Just a cool machine.
