I managed to see the image. The overall pose is good and I like the sky reflected in the ground. Couple of points though: 1. the far wing looks like it's growing out of his head 2. I'm assuming that there is going to be a more defined texture on the figure? Or at least a slight glow around the halo? :-)

The texture is just a material, with colors and Functions to seperate them. I've actually several(12) renders of this pose. The wings are where they are semetrical to each other(At 45 degrees from thier Chest Perent,) I ca'nt think much of moving just one, without expecting the pose to change for flyight rather than just hovering.
