He Clint. Kerry aka TheVelvetFoxx here. I finally created this second account because I still cannot log in to my old one. I want to make some changes in my store so I can upload new products. Any luck in finding out why some of us cannot login. I hear others are having the same problem.

Hi Kerry, Have you tried deleting all Renderosity and Bondware cookies?? and then try logging in? I know that has worked for others having this problem. Deb

Unfortunately, I don't think it has anything to do with cookies because I have four computers a home plus my PC at work and none of them will get me in. :(

Oh boy, ok thank I'm not sure what is causing the problem. I will leave a note for the programmers to have a look into this one. Sorry I couldn't help, Deb

Deb, Thanks so much! When I log in with the new account I created, I can view my old home page so I know my account is still on your servers somewhere. :-)

Can you get to the forums under your old profile and not the MarketPlace? or Are you not able to login at all with the old profile? Clint

I am not able to log in at all under the old profile.
