Hi everyone, I'm looking for a dinghy/small sail boat for a project I'll have to work on over the weekend. I wasn't quite lucky with my research so I'm hoping you gays can help. :) Many thanks in advance, Phil

This one's pretty basic, or was you looking for something more detailed? This came from a trawl of the web a while back - its a freebie, probably from 3Dcafe or turbosquid or a site like it - there does seem to be a dearth of free sailboat models. If you want it, IM an email address and I'll send it to you. It's 3DS format and is made up of 5 pieces - told you it was basic! Nick

Jim Burton over at Poser Pros has one, however it is not a freebie.

A, Garcia has a nice small boat on his site that you might use and maybe use booleans to make the rigging and sails for one. Look a couple threads down, here in Vue forum for a link to his site. Might even take one his sailing ships and take the sails from one and add to the smaller boat. Just a suggestion if you don't find what you need. :o)

Online Now!

I have one that's for sale here for a pretty small sum. Look in the Marketplace here in "forester's store." Depending on the nature of your project, I might be able to do something about the price. Drop me a note to sprucefir@earthlink.net
