hi!!.. how can i use the Python scripts in poser 4.0? anybody can help me with this? thanks a lot

you can't. That is not a feature of Poser 4 or Poser Artist. You must have ProPack or Poser 5

It was suggested that installing the full Python with poser4 would enable you to run the scripts but it never worked for me. it's version 1.5.2 of Python if you do decide to try it.

ps version 1.5.2 was the python included in Poser Propack I forget which version for Poser5 but it's 2. something anyway. when are we gonna get an edit button round here?

C1rcle is right. There's no way to run useful Python scripts without either Propack or P5. One tiny exception: there are a few of the Poser-related scripts that deal purely with files (modifying CR2s and so on). These can be written to run in P4.0 using an external Python setup. But those same file-mod tasks can be done faster with purely external programs (Windows EXE) so this exception is sort of meaningless.

One more comment: Plain 4 is great for learning the essentials, but if you've reached the point where you can even think about scripts, it's time to upgrade! Most of the fun stuff in Poser is beyond 4.0.
