Turning dails, mashing buttons, and kicking stuff.The manual is less than useless. Could someone kindly tell me what I'm doing wrong, or how stupid I am? How do I get things not to bend at the joints?

last time I had to bend things it bent where the hot points where...did you try and move your hotpoint??
