Subject: Animated Shore Waves?

Hi, Is it possible to simulate soft waves breaking on shore? I don't need any spray, just the foamy tops to roll in. Thanks, Carl

Look at the examples that came with Vue. They have some good materials to help get that effect.

Not sure that's help... but see the link, if you do not know it yet... It is about fake animated waves.

Damn, I've been trying the output from Caustics Generator to do that. That's way too hard on contrast, feeding a cloud animation from Vue back in though... hmmm..
