I'm trying to do an animation of a guy doing a flare (a breakdancing move). If you want to see the flare look at http://www.secondtonone.com/movies/ASAFLAREHAL.MOV - the first thing he does on the ground is a flare. So, he needs to plant a hand on the ground and use that to balance while he flares his hips around using his hand as a pivot point. The problem is, when I get his hand on the ground and try to grab his hips and move them, it just moves the whole body. It helps to turn on IK in the arms, but not much as his hands will simply leave the ground and his arms will point toward where his hand should be. My question is, is there any way to basically lock his hand to the ground in place so he can do this move? Thanks, -Jeremy
