Subject: Serious problems with clothing converter

I loaded it, input the security key. It loaded, so I did like it said to and set my default path. Then, as I was loading the clothes to be converted, it /crashed/ for no reason and won't restart. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. I've restarted, I've tried it standing on my /head/ and it won't work. :(
