Where I can find hi-res photos of the space for science fiction scenes?

Also, look on the web for a program from Diard Software called Universe, it creates starfields in jpg files that you can customize and then import into poser.

I highly recommend Universe!

if you need em for both commercial or personal use I have some in my planet packs here for sale also. These are the longest selling planets and backgrounds for poser on the net :) geo

Universe is a good program, but it has a BIG drawback : the customer service. I have had a HD crash and had to reinstall all over again : since my codes where on my HD, they were lost also. I called every software producer I had bought something from and asked for a new password. Everyone sent me one but not the guys that make Universe. So I cannot use it anymore, and it's a pain somewhere...

oh..good to know..being the o-c type I can be, I write down all serial numbers and passwords (has saved my butt more than once, tho..;), but if you want, there's a free version that just does skies, the commercial one includes planets and other things..sorry to hear about your experience, compiler..

I have a freebie beginner texture and a small recipe on how to do it for the cyclorama at 3DA http://forums.3-darena.com/viewtopic.php?t=1454 - its at the bottom of the thread. If you want the whole texture, drop me an IM - It's headed for a freebie pack anyway. ~S

There is another alternative to using Universe, and that is Starbits. You can get it from the Georgia mirror on the download page.
