Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 22 8:51 pm)
Hmm. I did the same thing, and the only time I got that problem was when trying to use "Inj/Rem All". After which I ignored the "All" and only selected specific injections. I suspect that there's something in the "All" file that expects the files to be at the top level of the directories. Maybe I'll investigate... Chers, Diolma
The only folder you can't move is the !DAZ folder. The morph packs were updated which enabled you to consolidate inj/rem folders if you wanted to. I used a program called The Rename to add _INJ at the end of my inj poses and _REM to the end of my rem poses. I then moved all the related inj/rem poses into a single folder instead of having an inj and rem folder (ie, all the !V3 Legs-Feet inj/rem to a single !V3 Legs-Feet folder). This halves the amount of folders I need. I have done this for Freak, M3, V3 and Steph Petite.
For Poser 4: I routinely remove the "1" mark from all those folders, and I use PBooost to reorganize them. I have one bank for Vicky 3, one for Mike 3, etc. I alwso have one bank for all the DAZ files relating to their injections, etc. Works like a charm. Poser 5 is much easier because you can organize things into sub directories.
OK, on investigating the "All Body Morphs" .pz2 file, the answer is clear: .... //Begin All Body Morph Injection. // All Chest-Breast readScript ":Runtime:Libraries:Pose:!V3 Chest-Breast INJ:AreolaBig.pz2" readScript ":Runtime:Libraries:Pose:!V3 Chest-Breast INJ:AreolaOut.pz2" readScript ":Runtime:Libraries:Pose:!V3 Chest-Breast INJ:BreastDroop.pz2" readScript ":Runtime:Libraries:Pose:!V3 Chest-Breast INJ:BreastGone.pz2" etc....... The morphs ARE expected to be in the Pose directory. My situation is that I've moved everything into sub-folder (I use P5) under "poses:V3 stuff" (in order to cut down the size of the top-level folder; Now I know for sure what the problem is, it'll be a simple matter for me to just do a global search/replace for ":Libraries:Pose:" and change them to point where I've put them. But if you've organised further, then that simple approach wont work so well... Hope this helps, Cheers, Diolma

Still trying to organize my libraries. Sigh...the Poses folder is the worst. I tried to put all those inj and rem subfolders for V3 and SP in nice folders but I had to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to get out of an endless!!! series of "search and cannot open boxes" Most probably there is a reference in the file that the icon in the library refers to, so my question is: is there some kind of way to have all this inj and rem nuisance organized? Evt even with search and replace in some kind of file? I now have to scroll evrytime i want to access a "real" folder of file... Thanks.
I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)
