Subject: Reset DL please...

I really love you guys and all but this is getting old. I would like my DL reset for my purchase of DomineiasDen-FurnitureUD_26566.zip.

This happens with almost every purchase I make and it's really poor customer service, IMHO. My connection is "Reset by Peer" when attempting to download and after three tries R.O.s system kicks me out.

I'm not trying to be rude here and I understand that being on dialup, I'm going to have some problems. I would just like to know why I only get three tries Oh, and an apology would be nice. Debbie was very nice the first time this happened but the last instance the tone of the reply was "Tough that's how it is."

Anyway I'm done ranting, thanks for your assistance in this matter
