I yesterday night purchased Nana. Problem is I am unable to DL the product. I had a weird glitch with Winzip it would download, no file, I cancelled it several times when it started to DL because the settings on it werent right. I had to go and uninstall winzip, restall, when I came back to attempt again to DL the product, I was told I could not i reached the max DL. I have no file from this product, can you please reset Nana. I had written the store last night, and never heard back. KJ
