As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. Hello, Since this is your first credit card purchase you should have received an ebot RENDEROSITY FIRST TIME BUYER asking you to email store@renderosity with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. As soon as this information is verified, we will activate your download. This is for first time purchases only, all future purchases will be avaliable for immediate download. I just puchased an item, but there is no button on my purchases page to download it. I can see an entry for it, but no "Download" button.
