Hello all, dropping a line to say that the first episode of an online web series I have been working on has officially been released. Any feedback is greatly appreciated:) Poser 5, Vue 4.2 and Vegas Video.

Looks good! I like the rain effect in the opening shot and the shots of the ninja running. Very anime like. Looks nice!

Cool stuff! I liked the demon girl in particular (before the transformation) Creepy and a real "Production IG" feel. Anyway keep up the good work!

Thanks for kind words:) Production IG is definitely the mark I'm trying to aim for...I've still got a ways to go though...

Hey... nice. There are many elements which are DEAD on. I can nitpick a lot of stuff but wont bother cause u did a great job! I've been trying to do something similar (using poser to do an anime style thing with the cell shader) but alas, time is a problem. With that said I would be interested in collaborating if you every thought about it. I'm on a Mac G4 with Poser 4, After Effects, Photoshop, etc. Im also a musician and sound designer. Anyhoo... nice job! nice followthrough.

Heres my list of what I really liked.

  • The rain... nice
  • Good use of the moving backrounds
  • Some of the walking animations were dead on!
  • The angled shot of the girl before the transformation was 100% anime. You nailed that
  • The light effects were used well too.

I've been using AnimeDoll for a model... looks great. Might be something to play with.

Cheers! Steve
