It is either 'built-in' to the texture (glossy appearance in the texture image) or you could try applying a reflection texture to just the lips. Problem lies in whether the lips of the model are a separate material. If not, this will not work (as expected).
C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the
foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg
off.

If you are using Poser 5, there's a wet look tutorial available. I believe it was at the Curiouslabs website under tutorials. You might also search this forum for the keywords wet or wetlook. I'm sure somebody has shared other ways that might work for you.

In Poser 5 you can add a glossy node to the Alternate Specular.
