I started using Poser 4 in 2003, and switched to Poser 5 a month later and have never looked back. I am currently extending my abilities through the use of Photoshop 7.0, Poser 5, Wing3D and with the help and mentoring of those in the Poser Forum here. I create hand-painted textures, photo-real skin textures, character morphs, and just started prop-building recently.BIOI started out in restaurant management in 1979. I left the chaos and mahem in 1989 to pursue a more long-term career in Computer Technologies after I bought my first PC in 1989 and realized the potential for growth in that field.
I paid almost $3000.00 for an 8088 processor, 1MB RAM, Wyse DOS 3.1, 20MB Hard Drive, EGA video card and monitor, 5 1/4" HD Floppy, 3 1/2" HD Floppy, and a Panasonic 9-Pin Dot Matrix printer. Wow, have things changed! I bought into a retail computer store and started learning how to build, service and maintain computers. Networks were starting to become an addition to business' and Lantastic and Novell were the leaders in the industry. I became a private consultant in 1991 after Best Buy and OfficeMax began selling them cheaper than I could buy them.
I have sustained myself through Network Administration, PC design and service, E-Commerce Web Sites, and consulting since then.
The picture is from my first attempt in the Face Room of Poser 5.
