Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 03 5:49 pm)
Another thing to be aware of, for the one or two people out there that may actually have that DVD, is that there are a TON of "easter eggs" hidden in it ... some quite difficult to trigger. If I recall correctly there's at least as much hidden content as overt, which if you know anything about the RZ legacy, is unsurprising. The Residents have been technology and computer enthusiasts throughout their long career as an avant garde music and performance team. When Icky Flix was released, I wasn't yet a Poser person, but it doesn't surprise me at all that they made use of the app. Their earlier CD-ROM presentation "Freak Show" was hailed for its (then) superior 3D graphics work. I'm an acquaintance of one of the Residents, he really pushed me to take my interest in graphics and computers seriously, many years ago. Good advice! :-)

This is probably a bit late since the DVD was released a couple of years ago, but I recently purchased a copy of The Residents' "Icky Flix" -- a compilation of weird music videos -- and noticed that they've used Poser figures (Posette and the Dork) a number of times. Mike
