I am having trouble downloading one of my purchases (connection keeps dropping out & corrupt zip) could I please have a product download reset? Thanks Blade68

Thanks Clint! Hopefully I won't have any more problems. I have just moved house and had to go back to dial up whilst waiting for DSL to be installed, thus I have again learnt to appreciate just how fast cable and DSL really are. Thanks again Blade
