Are you creating the morph in another program? And then the face translates when you use your morph, or what's happening?

I have been trying over and over again, but now im about to give up. All my attempts on creating a werewolf morph in poser are just giving no good results at all. The head is just moving along with the Z-axis, what is wrong??? Have anyone done this before, and are able to help me with a tutorial or a step by step guide? Need to morph both feet and head elements.
