Using the main camera: Go to frame 1. Set the camera to whatever starting point you want. Go to the last frame. Set the "yOrbit" parameter of the main camera to Starting Value + 360. (If it was zero to begin with, you might need to use 359 as the end point, to be sure you get actual motion; I think Poser might treat 360 as just still 0.)

15 is the minimum I think. Depends what you are going to be doing with the final animation. I do mine at 25 FPS because they are intended for PAL television systems. If it is for NTSC television systems then 30 FPS. For the web 15 should be OK, but I have never done it that low, so I can't be sure. At fifteen frames a second I would guess about 45 frames should look OK for a full revolution, but do a test render in cartoon mode or something and see what the movement looks like.

I like to make a animation to where the camera circles the character, so its like you are looking at the figure as it rotates. (ex. a balerinea globe) How can I do that?
