Subject: Question if an image can be uploaded or not

I am fairly new to uploading to Renderosity and was wondering if an image I have created would be allowed into the Gallery and if so would I have to put any notes or anything on it? You can see the image at:

This may be a stupid question but I do not know the answer because of the violence/torture restrictions on uploading images. Thank you if anyone can help me out with this question.

I'm anti-torture, so I checked it out. Didn't see anybody being tortured. The image was o.k., maybe a little dark, some jagged edges on the figure.
