Subject: Download crashed received no product

Hi I purchased Da Boots for V3 by Lory and when I tried to download, no screen popped up to save the zip file, then my computer froze and I had to quit out of my computer with a hard shut down. I have looked all over my computer and there is no boots.. My wife was able to download the gift I bought her in her account on the same computer after we rebooted. What can I do now as there is no download button in my purchase area anymore. Thank you, Ralph aka Zephre
