Subject: Motion files, is BVH the only one Poser uses?

I've tried a few BVH files, but I have noticed many other motion file types out there. Is BVH the only motion file type usable with Poser?

It's the only mo-cap standard that Poser will import, yes. It's possible to convert other mo-cap formats to BVH, however, using a variety of utilities/applications (some free, others not). Poser has its own native animated pose files, of course, but those are only usable in Poser.
