... but on the odd chance that this happens to someone else as well --- I just completed a purchase by credit card and was told my purchase was ready for download. But when I go to the download/purchases page, there's nothing there to click for the d/l, just empty boxes. Can you tell me what I'm doing in error here? Many thanks.

Thanks, guys. Much appreciated for your assistance. Just so everyone else knows, this is something about being a first time purchaser. Rsity sends an ebot request to confirm certain c/c info, and AOL (my home base) tends to block those right out of hand with their new internal spam controls (I;ve had problems with this before when trying to get serial numbers for new software). But the folks here were real quick to take care of the problem -- many, many thanks!
