Good morning! I purchased this program some time ago to help me get a handle on my massive download folder. When the Setup.exe program didn't work, I posted here and at Digitalcriminals.com for help and never heard a word. I finally got it to install, and it was a godsend in helping clear out old zips. When I went back to use it again, though, it insists that my key was temporary, gives an address to get a new one (support@flashcardsonline.com) and dies. Of course I immediately sent an email there but haven't heard anything in over a week. I paid my money, I want a program that works. Can somebody please give me a good email address for someone to contact about this problem? Thanks for any help!

All of MarkDC's programs uses this "temporary key" crap. I've got my final key pretty fast when I've neede it, but it's still a royal PITA. What if you were away and on a laptop? It's a great way to piss off your customers IMO. MarkDC's programs are ok, but this activation thing isn't :o(

I have the same problem !! Ibought it yesterday and can't startup the program. I have a lot of utility from him but this is certainly the last if i can't have support
