If you order from Daz, they give you two files. One is a zip for (PCs) and one is a sit (for MACs). I think maybe they should put a header on the download section of my account section telling what the files are and how to pick the ones you need. Won't ever have a MAC. The one we have is coated in so much dust right now that to try to clean it off would cause mass sinus inflammation through out the house. Kristta
Nowadays you can unzip on a mac, and sit on a pc. Daz gives indeed exe files for winPC and sit files for mac users. You cannot use mac on pc or vv as mac files have "forks" in which they keep additional info. On pc poser files, this info is stored in so-called "rsr" files.
I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)
"Nowadays you can unzip on a mac, and sit on a pc." ROFLMAO! I know the "humour" was unintentional, but it still tickled me! (and as for the "Stuffit expander" - nuff said:-)) Sorry, couldn't help my self!! Ahem! Sorry! Back to serious stuff. Diolma<--exits through side door, face red, but still chuckling. (I'll delete this if anyone protests)

Some of the items Ive purchased come with SIT files. From what I have seen they serve no purpose but what do I know. Can anyone explain them to me?
