Eternal Posette - in the marketplace here. She's a reworked and remapped Posette. BillyGoat's review says "All the P4 Woman morphs work and the old clothes fit her also." The only thing that won't work are the old Posette textures. I bought her, but haven't used her yet; otherwise I'd give you a more authoritative answer. :)

Here's a quick test with the Aneta character based on EP - conforming hair and dress by me, boots from the standard Poser 4 library. All works as it should.
