Ok,I just made a purchase in the marketplace...the first time I tried to buy the item for some reason I was redirected to the rosity frontpage-so I backclicked and saw the person I was buying the gift for still listed so I tried again and made the purchse...for myself!!!!!!!!Now I know almost everyone hates the marketplace due to the changes you made and I for one swore not to go in there til that place was another "not so bright" color...but for Christ's sake,if it has someones name in the box and it tells you you're buying for this person it should not show up in my purchase cart for me to download. Don't ask me what happened,I already have 3dream ponytail and in fact have bought it for several others as gifts...so I would appreciate it very much if you would move it to Goddess...she's who I was buying it for anyway. Now I don't want explanations, but am curious as to why I was sent to the rosity front page since it only took me like 1 minute to put my info in and hit purchase. Thanks...not angry yet, just a bit ticked cause I wanted it to be a surprise and thats all blown now cause I had to tell her what to look for when I thought she had it.As for why I didn't find out til now,for some reason I kept getting an sql error trying to enter and the site wouldn't let me in til I rebooted.

I have my own site and sometimes get prizes we have in our contests and challenges from rosity...I decided to try again since none of the admins were here to address the original complaint on a gift I bought. This time I paid close attention,I added the members name, hit add to cart, decided to check out and this time noticed that no where did it say anything about this being a gift for anyone like its always done in the past.I tried several times and even used different membernames and not once did the checkout confirm that I was buying this for anyone other than myself.

Don't know what the problem is but not buying anything until its explained or fixed.

"but am curious as to why I was sent to the rosity front page since it only took me like 1 minute to put my info in and hit purchase." No clue. Could be a lot of things. The cart system is working fine. Sounds like your not purcashing the gift properly. I just tested and it worked fine. On the product promo page it showed the following: "This item will be added to your cart as a gift for LillianH." I did a add to cart and my shopping cart displayed the following: "This item is a gift for LillianH." So it appears to be working as it should be. Now, To fix your problem. I will have the 3Dream Pony Tail purchased on 7/2/04 moved over to Goddess as requested. I'll let you know when done...should be today. The programmers have to do this. Clint

No sweat,I did have a few others check and one of these also drew a blank in regards to the gift recipient not being mentioned in the cart...thats why I titled the complaint Hiccup lol, don't know what happened but assumed it was an isolated incident since I don't see why I would have been sent to the front page. In any case, just make a note so if it ever happens again you'll know its not an isolated event:)
