Very interesting. Can someone translate? Are they placing markers on the figures? How is the movement inputted into the program?

philc, from what I get out of the english page the system uses two cameras set to cover the recording area at 90 degrees. The two cameras are input to the software which can then calculate the marker positioning in 3d. There are some quicktime samples to download that show the process. No price that I could find. There are a couple of these things on the market. The results are very good IF you get the camera positioning precise and keep motion towards the middle of the capture area. regards

See attached link for prices. I don't know if my browser is displaying the characters right, but it looks like the total package (software and cameras) is somewhere between $2,000 and $3,000.

I could not find the prices on the site, nor info if available in U.S. I also can't figure out if they are placing markers on the actors. 8 markers only, that's attractive low price, that's attractive. I sent them an email, see if they respond. ::::: Opera :::::
