GE M134 Vulcan Mini-Machinegun from PoserWorks (1 of 3) Introductory Price = $15.00 U.S.

This FULLY POSEABLE Automatic Weapon includes:

GEOMETRY
M134 Minigun.obj

LIBRARY
M134 Minigun.cr2

POSES
M134 Zero

PROJECT FILE
M134 Minigun.pz3

TEXTURES (4)

OBJECTS (65)

MOVABLE PARTS + AMMO BELT
m134barrel
m134trigger
m134housing (Main IK goal object for the gun)

All gun parts are attached to the housing. The housing is the IK Goal for the Gun Belt so when the housing is moved, it automatically adjusts the belt (within limits) accordingly. You may want to turn IK off and on and play around with it in order to refine the adjustments, but move the gun around and everything else moves with it. The Ammo Box is Parent Object of EVERYTHING, and straps are adjustable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It was intended that this gun be mounted on planes, helicopters, and military ground vehicles, because technically, it fires 2,000 rounds per minute (or 33 rounds per second) In reality, this would mean that the Ammunition Pack would weigh approximately 150lbs. I dont even think Arnold could lug that kind of weight around for TOO long ;) but we just thought it made for a pretty cool prop. The bullets do load and shell casings eject for those of you ARE inclined to animate it. We did not include an animation of the gun firing since it would just be a blur animated at the rate it was designed to fire at.

All comments welcome.

Cheers!
Pam

Mmmm ... nice.

As seen in Predator and T2. I doubt Jesse Ventura could have toted it around for long, either. And that 150lb doesn't include the weight of the batteries needed to bring the barrel up to full spin.
