Subject: Product Suggestion

Just finished the Rendo survey, and downloaded the demo of Clothier1, and it got me to thinking. Getting conforming clothing to fit properly when unusual or extreme morphs can be so hard - example: ADP's "Just Unbelievable Body", which I really like, just can't wear clothes because of the morphs at hips, chest and breasts. Clothing MAT's, like DAZ's "Second Skin" or okay, they work, but DAZ makes the mistake of forcing you to apply the entire outfit rather than selcted parts; and ultimately, they look so flat. So, how about MAT's that apply to the body, but in combination to form fitting clothes, the MAT's going to those impossible to fit areas, the rest conforming to the more conventional parts? This way the ensemble won't look flat. (shrug) Just a thought

Unfortunately it would be for P5 only, but I wonder what possibilities there are with "second skin"-type clothing incorporating displacement mapping to give it some volume. There would be definite limitations to such an approach, but it could be worht a try.

This has been done for years for V2 and the mill girls. Look in the MP for Tuesday's Rogue these also can be converted to work on V3

geoegress, I checked it out, and though it does allow for partial mats (top or bottom), what I am suggesting is a partial MAT that works in conjunction with a conforming piece of clothing. For example, take a bikini top - the straps and underwiring and stuff would be easy enough to fit just about any character, but the cups are where the problems start. So, make the frame of the top a conforming character and the cups a matching MAT. Hope this clarifies.
