Subject: Ripple Effects

After playing with the Dr.Geeps Animation tutorial. I replaced the box prop with a rubber ducky. And since then I got carried away from 60 frames to 200 frames. Making the ducky being thrown into a pool, then bouncing up, like floating, and then momentum making the rubber ducky turn slowly, taking physics into account. Is it possible to make a little splash in poser 5, then little ripple effects? Will that have to be Bump maps? Or is that to advanced for Poser?

Animated displacement maps could do the ripple. The splosh is a bit more tricky, but could most likely be done too, with a splosh-prop or something. Or with MetaForms from Weird Juice (Daz), but that's a bit more complicated for a little splish :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
