is there any program the turns an image into a html file by cuting it in little images and placing every one of them in a table or so? Thanks for the help

Paint Shop Pro will do this, I understand. So will Fireworks

I think Corel Painter might do it also, but I'm not sure

That is a thing that annoys me about certain websites, when they load a screen as small bits, it is even worse with a slow modem as you have to sit waiting for each part to load in.

Photoshop and Ulead Photoimpact both have the image slicing facility. But these (as well as PSP, Fireworks and Painter) are fully-blown image editors. If you don't have (or can't afford) any of these, then try the attached link. HTH
