Where can I download the latest version of java, I recently installed windows xp ( what a hump that is ) and I need to reinstall java. I have a few poser programs that need java to run, that is why this is only partly off topic ;)

I think with Windows XP it comes with the Virtual Machine or something, which would be in the servicepack at Microsoft.

I don`t have an internet connection for my computer with windows xp on it. Which leads to another question, Does anybody know, if the windows xp updates at microsoft can be downloaded in full and installed offline?

They do send a free CD with the servicpack also.

"Remember, AutoPatcher XP requires you have SP1 or SP1a already installed." quoted from the AutoPatcher website....

I have one last question (really). Is there a way in windows xp to get the files sizes appearing in the bottom left hand corner of the folder as they do in windows 98?
