where can i find victoria3 base full or trial

There isn't a trial version of Victoria 3. Victoria 3 can be purchased at DAZ: http://secure.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=1098 (There is a Lo-Res versions available of Vic 1 which has been available for free from time to time with 3D magazines, but the mesh isn't as advanced as V3 - even the regular version of V1 is nowhere near as detailed as V3.)
