Subject: Ray Dream Studio 5.5 on Windows 2000 or XP?

Howdy, Currently running Win98, need to reformat the hardrive so thinking 'bout upgrading to Win XP, or perhaps 2000. Will RDS 5.5 work on either? Surely some one out there has done this?

5.5 seems to work on xp but I can't say I use it enough to really say.

Seems to work? It boots up? I think basically if it installed and you can boot the program it runs. Sounds like you have gotten that far so I guess it works! Thanks

in XP you should at least emulate 98 if you need it to run in that environment...

Tried it, yes it works

Works for me too. I've had it running on XP for two and a half years and I don't run it in 95 or 98/ME compatibility... just straight XP. No problems or crashes yet.

I used to run RayDream 5.5 on Win2K. It worked just fine.

I've uses RayDream 5.5 in XP Home since XP began shipping with PCs. It runs native, no special settings req'd.
