For some odd reason I felt like doing a freebie; I hadn't played with Mayadoll much, so I figured I'd work up something for her. It worked out to be a MayaTeen, scaled to 5', shaped more (possibly) realistic; Couldn't really get the head right. (see next post)

The body looked ok, so I tried with a Vicky head; however, I don't know what the policies are on allowing vicky geometry to be used in a freebie (I would assume the policy would be NO!!) I think I could use objaction mover to make it legal for people who owned vicky, but I always felt that was a pain. Anyone know of a way to do something like this with a MOR pose or something like that? Or should I even bother?

This is very good and you should release it. Objaction mover is probably your best bet even if it is a pain.

An alternative would be to ask folks to save their Vicki head group to a separate file and have your figure CR2 reference it. Whether that is more or less work than using Mover is debatable, but its an option.

There is/was a Maya body / Vicki head hybrid out there somewhere already, but I haven't been able to track her down at the moment. I'll consult my readme file when I get home.

The good thing about using Objaction mover is that making the figure work for the end user is semi-automatic.

I really don't like the Vicki face. If I was doing a teen that partied all night the night before, maybe I'd like it. I like the first one. That first face looks young and teenish. That's just my opinion though. Kristta

The vicky head could be a good base but she needs to look more juvenile. I kind of noticed that most of supposed "teens" either for mill preteen girl or vicky have that look on her face that makes them like either a teen who used too much make-up to look "adult-ish", or likie an adult dressed as a "teen" on a lousy xxx banner on a free-hosted website. So, I think that not only the morphs must give her a real teenish look, like 14 15 years old, but the texture should show no make-up. Maybe an aditionnal texture for make-up would be ok as an addon, but not as the main thing I am afraid. I recently came across that problem as I was making a pastiche-pic based on Norman Rockwell style, a family scene. The teen sister of little Jimmy looked like she had been beating the street as a hooker all night long, with that rimmel and outrageous lipstick... ^^;
