How many times can you download a product that you purchased and are you charged for each download?

Hi plasmid, We have a 3 limit download in place for security reasons. If you need your downloads reset, all you have to do is ask and we can reset it for you :) You're never charged for additional downloads. Let me know if you need me to reset any for you :) Deb
