Subject: Completely black render... why?

I rendered an image last night to disk that came out compeletely black and curious on why. It was an large 3000x2250 Ultra image and maybe it ran out of memory. Smaller renders render fine. Any ideas... I going to render a smaller Superior image and see what it does. Stewart

I rendered a slightly smaller 2400x1800 Superior image and it render quite fast and no troubles. A scale down version is in gallery. I am curious about render size and quality. Any recommendations.. Stewart
