Hi Smoovie, Have you tried to email the merchant? The merchants offer product support if you just drop them an email. You can find their email address in the readme file of the products zip. Let me know if you can't resolve the problem after hearing back from the merchant so that I can try to assist. Deb

My files for Deandra do not work I purchased Deandra, and the files will not open in Poser. In Poser I get an error stating that: the file being read is not a valid Poser file. I tried to open the jpeg files in Photoshop and I got an error message. Could not open because an unknown or invaild JPEG marker type is found. I can't understand the read me files
