Does anyone know if Poser 5 is DEFINATLY being produced? Is there any sort of time frame estimate yet? I am thinking about buying Poser 4, but at the price it is, I don't want to buy it and then find out 2 months later that version 5 came out (Or 2 days later either). Does anyone know for sure? Also if I do buy Poser 4, Is there usually an upgrade path for new versions or am I SOL?

I wouldn't worry about an upgrade that didn't capitalize on the existing base of Poser owners of version 3 or 4. It just isn't done. There is practically no scenario that would make it cheaper to buy Poser5 at the non-upgrade price given that there are relatively cheap copies of Poser4 around. No, I don't know for sure. I also am not sure that some nut with a nuke won't blow up my city. The odds of the latter are higher than the former.
