Subject: Will I ever receive my Shade 7 serial number?

I went to CL last night, ordered Shade 7 Standard for Poser Owners (using my Poser 5 serial) ESD version, got a receipt which stated that an email with the serial number was sent, and have not yet received it 11 hours later. The only way to download the product is to have the serial number (which makes sense). It is highly doubtful that I mistyped my email address TWICE, so what's the problem? I sent service@curiouslabs.com an email with order number etc., but I'm worried that they've all packed and took a flight to Florida for the Labor Day Hurricane Party or something. ;)

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.

i ordered shade ESD version first day it was released, it must have been 5am in california... i got my serial# with a few seconds... it seams to be an automated process.. if you haven't recieved by now... i doubt you ever will.. it probablly got lost along the way.. contact CL...

Hi kuroyume0161! Can you please check your email, and maybe your filters again? The email was sent immediately to the same address you contacted us from because I have a copy of it in the system, but I just replied to the one email I received from you and copied your order info into it. Well, the email to CL got a response and have received my serial no. They say that one was sent but I never received it (checked periodically for an hour last night). Was hoping to do the download while sleeping, but will do it now nonetheless.

I just used the contact at the login page, but I will use the form in future. Don't know how the email got filtered out. (?) Usually I get everything, including spam marked as such, unless the address has been black-listed. Will have to see how that could have happened, if that is indeed the case.
