A fantastic capture!! You nailed the motion aspect dead on! there's one part that's just a bit distracting...the right half of the image where the skyline is showing. If it were me, i might think about smudging the color from the mountains upward to make a solid light blue background to match the left side of the image. But that's just me. It's an excellent photo!
