I am almost positive that this is one of Linda Bergkvist also know as Enalya. This is her copyright info copied straight from her site http://www.furiae.com: To simplify things: If you have to alter, crop, cut, change colours, add frames, edit features, or in any other way change the images - it is not okay to use them. For any use beyond that, read through the rest of the copyright notice. I'm sure it's mentioned there. I will not respond to any emails regarding anything I've already mentioned here - I just don't have the time to, I'm afraid. I am not resigning my copyright rights through this - if I change the rules later, you'll have to comply to the new ones. Here are the rules in detail- You will now be able to put my images on your website, if: 1) the website itself has no connection to either of the following: - porn - religion - commercial purposes - clipart/any kind of 'free graphics' use - websets/email stationery 2) the images themselves are completely unaltered save for perhaps a resizing. 3) you link back to furiae.com as well as add a Linda Bergkvist 4) you use no more than five images at the most. 5) you understand that it has to be a site not a forum signature, not a chat picture and not any kind of email stationery, webset design, or snowglobe, email signature or roleplaying game portrait. This also includes, but is not limited to - livejournal designs, web designs, icons for forums or journals and signatures. 6) you understand that it is not okay to use my work to promote your own site. Not in the banners and not in the design itself. I consider this commercial use. 7) you refrain from using my pictures to represent your own stories. They're part of different stories altogether. 8) you keep from using any of my commissioned work. 9) you refrain from direct linking. I understand that these are a lot of points to keep in mind, but my problem is this when I've had freer rules than this, my work has become clipart, or ended up on other peoples commercial sites without my being able to do anything about it. I have sold the stationery rights for the images, and I charge for use in web designs. As for the roleplaying games and the story use restriction... this is for entirely personal reasons. I create each and every image as part of my own storylines. To see them representing other stories is a little as if someone else copies your stories and uses them as part of their own. I'm sure most writers or artists can understand that feeling :] If I find sites breaking these rules, I will contact the site administrator and in some cases take legal action. If you have any further questions regarding copyright matters, send an email to copyright@furiae.com and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Yep, that is definitely one of Linda's (one of her older pieces). :) She also has a very nice gallery at Epilogue: http://www.epilogue.net/cgi/database/art/list.pl?gallery=142
