Subject: Stupid Question: Using Poser 4 files with Poser 5 program

I know this might sound a bit like "Duh!" But I have recently purchased and played around with Poser 5. Now occassionally I see Poser 4 stuff (modelsw and props etc) that I think are cool so I ask myself - can I download and use those given I have the Poser 5 application. I believe from reading the manul that you can you Poser 4 and 3 in the Poser 5 setup ( albeit not mix the different Poser levels together in one scene). Is this true and is there anything to be careful of when downloading Poser 4 items that I should be aware of ie in terms of file types or changing things to make them fit into my runtime folders?

Some props suffer from the smoothing balloon effect that poser5 is famous for & some mat pose files need to be tweaked to get the best out of them but on the whole poser4 stuff will work in Poser5. Anything that just plain refuses to work in Poser5 will be mentioned somewhere in this forum by about 100 people at once so you can't miss it ;)

All poser 4 things can work in poser 5, but some of them need some tweaking, most things will work with no tweaking and some will have that ballooning effect but if you download service release 4 for poser 5 the smoothing can be turned off in individual objects in the objects properties.
