I should have known better than to purchase something from an online store on a weekend. But I needed a few things for an urgent project that needed to be completed right away and of course, the one time I really NEED an order to go through without a hitch is the one time I have problems. LOL Anyway, I still need these items urgently. I don't want to lose this client because he says he has alot of work for me and I really need the money badly right now, so if there is anyone around from Renderosity support who can help me get these three items, please e-mail me right away. I also used the 10% off coupon that expires Sunday and I don't want to lose it. I got an error that said your software was unable to verify my address and zipcode, but there is still a pending charge on my account and I am 100% sure that my address and zip code are completely correct in both your form and my card's information and the charge somehow went through (at least as an authorization) even though your software claimed it was declined My e-mail address is eightiesgirl -at- comcast d0t net and I'm praying with everything I've got that someone happens to be around on weekends. :) Thanks

Hi MissTara, The error indicates the address and/or Zip code didnt match what is on file with your credit card company. It has to match exactly as it is on file. The purchase didnt go through and your card wont be charged. The funds hold will be released in 5-8 days if we dont issue the charge...which we wont. It was a failed purchase. I have reset your card on our system so you can try your purchase again. The last purchase I have on record from you was on 06/22/04. Let me know if you continue to have problems. Clint

I KNEW you were going to say that. This happened to me once before on another online store several months ago. :( And yes, the address and zip code to match 100% exactly, every single letter. It's very short, very simple, and I checked both about 10 times. :( Will the coupon code that I got in my e-mail work if I'm able to try it again or have I lost it? Thanks for your help.

Well, I can't make the purchase yet, anyway. The money I spent on the last purchase was all I had and I have to wait for it to drop off. I'm going to attempt to free up some on another card, but I don't know if I can or not.

Grrrrr. It hasn't dropped off, I managed to clear a little money on another card and now the coupon is expired! I am soooo frustrated. :(
